Italian Game Developers Summit 2014

The Italian Game Developers Summit (IGDS) is an event dedicated to the community of Italian game developers to exchange their experiences, meet with each other and inspire from international speakers. The event is based on a “360° degree development” concept, meaning that in order to be successful in the video games field, besides being able to develop games, you also need to develop your market knowledge, your skills, your network and your company. At the IGDS you will find:

• A conference dedicated to the most actual topics of interest to game developers, with respect to business, marketing, design, programming and much more, with both Italian and International speakers;
• A set of workshops aimed to teach attendees new skills, carried out in partnership with some of the most important companies in the video game development scenario as in a classroom training.    
• Pitch&match: with investors and potential business partners
• A showcase of games made in Italy

The IGDS is organized by AESVI, the Italian Games Industry Association, as a parallel event of Milan Games Week, the Italian video game consumer show taking place in Milan.
