DESCRIPTION:From the website: \n🐆👟🌿🐆👟🌿🐆👟🌿🐆👟🌿🐆👟🌿🐆👟🌿\nIt’s time for the monthly Gæmz in Tokyo! \n​​GÆMZ MEETUP is a place/gathering for people who are interested in the following things: \n​​- Developing art/experimental games or playful media of that sort\n– Thinking about games as an artform\n– Talking about cool ways to make art for interactive media\n– Trying to integrate non-game/non-interactive art world into the interactive world\n– Music games that are not hit-the-bars-you-see\n– Shaking that button\n– Alternative villains\n– d0peshit\n– Telling me what else to add to this list \n​​Let’s hang out and talk about what we’ve been up to. A lot of us would talk about the projects we’ve worked on but you can also tell us where you’ve been to or what you’ve been playing\, etc. If you have a prototype/finished work that you want to share/playtest/get feedback\, totally bring it! The event space is still fresh (so you can’t find it on a map app). DESCRIPTION:“BitSummit 7 Spirits” is the seventh iteration of the summit. \nBitSummit 7 Spirits will take place the weekend of June 1st and 2nd\, 2019\, and will be open to the public from 10:00am to 5:00pm each day. As has been tradition since the second BitSummit\, all activities will take place at the Miyako Messe\, the expansive and modern convention site of the past three festivals. As is by now tradition\, BitSummit’s annual theme celebrates a distinct facet of Japanese pop culture\, and this year’s event mascots take the form of seven “lucky” samurai spirits\, as an homage to Japan’s samurai culture made famous throughout the millennia in book\, movie\, television\, and video game form. The “7 Spirits” of BitSummit are distinguished by a single flame appearing above each character’s kabuto (helmets).
